Cancellation Policy

Rajasthan Xperts — effective for all bookings

Standard Cancellation

30+ Days 5% file handling charges applicable on the total package cost.
15–29 Days 25% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
7–14 Days 50% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
0–6 Days 100% of total package cost — No refund applicable.

Peak Season — Non-Refundable

Peak Season All bookings during peak season are completely non-refundable under any circumstances once confirmed.
01 Oct – 31 Mar Peak season is defined as 01 October to 31 March every year.
Blackout Dates Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Long Weekends, National Holidays, Festivals and Blackout Dates are non-refundable in any circumstances.

Hotel-Specific Policy

4 & 5 Star 4 Star and 5 Star hotels have their own cancellation policy which may be stricter. The applicable hotel policy will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
General Cancellation policy may vary depending on the selection of hotel during the package.
