This platform is exclusively for registered travel agents, tour operators and corporate travel managers. Retail bookings are not accepted.
Payments & Billing
Advance Payment
All bookings require advance payment before confirmation. Tours will not be confirmed without receipt of agreed payment.
No Credit
We do not work on credit terms. All amounts must be settled as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refunds

Force Majeure
Rajasthan Xperts is not liable for delays, changes or cancellations due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, government orders or pandemic-related restrictions.
Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances while maintaining the overall quality and standard of the tour.
