Standard Cancellation Charges
30+ Days
5% file handling charges applicable on the total package cost over and above the cancellation penalty charged by the hotels.
15–29 Days
25% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
7–14 Days
50% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
0–6 Days
100% of total package cost — No refund applicable.
Blackout Dates — Completely Non-Refundable
Blackout Dates
Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Long Weekends, National Holidays, Festivals and all Blackout Dates are completely non-refundable in any circumstances once confirmed.

4 & 5 Star
4 Star and 5 Star hotels have their own separate cancellation policy which may be stricter than our standard policy. The applicable hotel policy will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
