Cancellation Policy

Rajasthan Xperts — effective for all bookings

Note: All modification and cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@rajasthanxperts.in with CC: ops.rajasthanxperts@gmail.com

Standard Cancellation Charges

30+ Days 5% file handling charges applicable on the total package cost.

15–29 Days 25% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

7–14 Days 50% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

0–6 Days 100% of total package cost — No refund applicable.

Peak Season — Completely Non-Refundable

Peak Season During Peak Season, bookings are completely non-refundable under any circumstances once confirmed.

01 Oct – 31 Mar Peak season is defined as 01 October to 31 March every year.

Blackout Dates Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Long Weekends, National Holidays, Festivals and all Blackout Dates are completely non-refundable in any circumstances.

Hotel-Specific Policy

4 & 5 Star 4 Star and 5 Star hotels have their own separate cancellation policy which may be stricter than our standard policy. The applicable hotel policy will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

General Cancellation policy may vary depending on the selection of hotel during the package.

EligibilityThis platform is exclusively for registered travel agents, tour operators and corporate travel managers. Retail bookings are not accepted.

Payments & Billing

Advance PaymentAll bookings require advance payment before confirmation. Tours will not be confirmed without receipt of agreed payment.

No CreditWe do not work on credit terms. All amounts must be settled as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.
